Eight years as a public school science educator, EMT, HazMat Instructor and Lonoke Co. Deputy Coroner from the State of Arkansas. Twenty years with the Arkansas Dept. of Health, EMS Certification and Licensure office, Public Health Preparedness office including Bioterrorism training and the management of the Strategic National Stockpile program, CSEPP Program Management, and hospital injury prevention initiatives. Ten years with the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management Homeland Security program and the Preparedness Outreach Program. Currently serve on the Governor’s Earthquake Advisory Council, the Arkansas Tech University Dept. of Emergency Management Advisory Board, and a charter member of the National CERT Association.
